Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with

Soul Insight is provided by KC Baga (Kenneth Charles Baga) ("we", "us"). By using the service, you enter into an agreement with KC Baga (Kenneth Charles Baga).

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing, or continuing to use Soul Insight, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into this agreement.

3. The service

Soul Insight delivers reflective quotations, favorites, and related features. Free and premium tiers are available. Features and limits may change over time.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the service unlawfully or for fraud or spam.
• Infringe intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Interfere with security or availability (malware, probing, scraping).
• Attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account, and for providing accurate account information.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the service, including software, content selection, branding, and design. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan.

6. Payments, subscriptions, and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.

7. Service level

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which KC Baga (Kenneth Charles Baga) resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
